At SUITSUIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all unused luggage and accessories. Simply ensure the products are in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the products securely in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective covers and hangtags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package over the original shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest designated carrier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
